Woodbridge

Vaughan's largest and most established western community, with a long-standing Italian-Canadian presence, a walkable historic core along Woodbridge Avenue and everything from postwar bungalows to newer executive homes.

What are the main neighbourhoods in Vaughan?
Vaughan's main communities are Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Maple, Vellore Village, Patterson, Thornhill and Concord, along with smaller pockets such as Beverley Glen, Brownridge, Sonoma Heights and Islington Woods, plus the rural areas north and west of the city.
Where is Vaughan, Ontario?
Vaughan is a city in York Region, Ontario, directly north of Toronto. It borders Toronto to the south, Richmond Hill to the east, King Township to the north and Brampton and Caledon to the west.
Does Vaughan have a subway?
Yes. TTC Line 1 extends to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre station in Concord, which opened in 2017. GO Transit's Barrie line also serves the city at Rutherford and Maple stations.
Can you help if I'm not ready to buy or sell yet?
